Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

Anytime I am at this shop I always find it very hard to get assistance. No matter when I'm in the shop staff are either too busy talking to each other or there are 2 or 3 staff members with another customer.

It has a wide range and overall is a good shop.

I arrived this morning looking to buy a tv and an Alexa System, after standing in the store for 20 mins watching staff just ignoring me I decided to go else. One member of staff was on his phone the whole time I was there another was walking around with a bottle of BBM which obviously wasn’t working by the amount of work he was doing. There was only one woman seemed to interested in helping anyone but I wasn’t waiting any longer. Can’t believe any business can operate in that way.

I always find that with a Currys store you're better off just going online. You've a better chance of getting what you want without waiting for one of the staff to finally help you. Seems very understaffed at times.

Went to buy a TV there a few weeks ago and came across a very unhelpful sales manager. He was incredibly rude and it quickly became apparent he wasn't interested in helping us with the important decision on what TV to buy. Never felt such a hostile environment being sold to! Recommend going across the road to Argos.
