Moved home and had a fridge and washer/dryer ordered. The price was good and salesman was good too and knew his stuff but they totally messed up the date of delivery. As it was it was set a few days after moving in because that's all they had. But because of their mistake I had to wait another week. No-one cared at all. Managers looked at me with absolute distain and everyone else was just looking at me as if to say what do you want me to do. The items were sitting in storage and a massive business couldn't organise 1 extra delivery after I gave them hundreds of pounds?! They didn't even offer any compensation! The only person who cared at all was one person in the call centre but when the whole company doesn't care what can they do. I will avoid buying here in the future as they cannot be trusted they just want your money. No one was concerned about a toddler and pregnant mother eating questionable food for 2 weeks because of them. Ended up getting a dirty 2nd hand fridge from a relatives farm shed and cleaning it up to store basics in we were that desperate. I mean if they tried at all I would have been happy but they literally did and offered NOTHING
