We went today with friends after a show in the lyric... firstly the restaurant was beautiful so we had high hopes as soon as we walked in... then the food came out and it did not disappoint!! Simply stunning... can't wait to go back... first class!

User

Was there on Friday night for bbq with hospice staff and friends. The food was excellent and staff were fantastic. Definitely will be back.

User

Visited on Tuesday evening with my family and friends...4 of those family members have severe learning difficulties , the staff were amazing n thanks to the chef the food was delicious ...thank u sooo much x

User

Very impressed by removal of plastic straws. Fair play cutters! 😄

User

Lovely location, excellent food. Just like the last time. Only issue was no pecan pie, but saved on the calories

User

I was in fish heaven with the seafood platter.

User

Helpful staff i really enjoyed my chips of course beer battered cod love the place enjoyed looking around by the river

User

Have been to Cutters many times and never left a review so here it is. Excellent food with a menu that caters for all tastes and dietary restrictions, informed and attentive staff and a beautiful set up with views over the River Lagan. Great bar downstairs too. Always delivers a great evening.

User

Great night out! Perfect location for a BBQ. Food was really nice. This is our third year for a work based BBQ for 60 people. Will definitely be back next year! Thanks to Matthew and Catherine for a great time even though they were extremely busy.

User

Great little hideaway with a marvellous beer garden although the flowers are immatation they look so real that I think nearly everyone that I watched had to touch them so I think if I was the owner I would sell them flowers as a side line because they probably would of sold more.of them than beer last Sunday .but a most visit nothing nicer than sitting on a riverbank sipping a cold beer on a nice sunny afternoon, p.s. send me the link were I can buy them outside plants and flowers please

User

Great food great atmosphere, service , love it. I’ll be back

User

First time yesterday for sons birthday the place the food and the staff was excellent but when we arrived to our table the table and the seat was covered in shattered glass the waitress appoligised and cleared it up but the tablecloth was still full of tiny pieces of glass but other than that we had a fab meal and i will be back x

User

Went up for food at 19.01 and told food stoped serving at 19.00. Would have love to have stayed longer but needed food as a result we left at 19.39. Great day pity about the end of day

User

Seriously, a que at the bar? And when I mean a que, a single line of people getting served one at a time! What's that about?? It's the same Everytime I come here. Gone are the days when bar staff could manage more than one order at a time. And don't get me started on the Emptys lined up along the bar and on the tables outside!

Great venue, management need to up their game!

User

Really nice place on the river went for a staff outing. 20 minute wait to be served a drink bar staff where quite rude to some customers

User

Had a few drinks out in the beer garden and that was very pleasant. We then decided to eat upstairs in the restaurant, not such a good idea. The food was edible but disappointing. I had the seafood platter and that was good but my partner had the fish, chips and mushy peas. The chips were frozen chips and the mushy peas were tinned. The quality of food that you would expect in a greasy spoon - not a restaurant. The staff however were excellent - I could not fault the service. Don't think I'll eat there again unfortunately 🙁

User

Out with friends from abroad for walk enticed in with beer offer sign at door 7.10pm decided to have meal wouldn’t serve bar food as stopped at 7.00pm encouraged up to restaurant saying beer offer available up there went up to a very empty restaurant told no beer offer! Left embarrassed with party and went to the Northern Lights on the Ormeau Road much better attitude great food and flexibility! Very disappointed Cutters Wharf! Empty bars and restaurant don’t intend a return or recommending to anyone anytime soon!

User

My sister was taking part in the Viking boat race today, we decided to come up and show our support, only to be turned away because we had our little dog (Shih tzu) with us, I would have overlooked this if I had of been asking to bring the dog inside the restaurant, however I was only asking to bring him into the beer garden which is outside....

In other establishments that we have been to there isn’t an issue with bringing a well behaved dog into the beer garden.... hence we didn’t think it would be an issue....

Lots of venues in NI are revisiting their dog policy, I would suggest Cutters do the same, especially given your location and you are so close to the Lagan towpath (were lots of people walk their dogs), unfortunately we won’t be back because of this and it really spoilt our day as we left extremely disappointed....
