We are delighted to be expanding our team with an additional Cook/Barista at Darby's Bridge. We are looking for someone who has previous cooking experience and would have the ability to take over the kitchen during service however this would not be their main job. The Job would entail a mixture of roles including cooking, barista work and general work in Greenmount Farm Shop. This role is very exciting as every day would be different along with attractive hours and salary. This role is part time but has potential to become full-time.
We need friendly staff, excited and as passionate about food, coffee and giving great service to our customers.

Visited Darbys Bridge for lunch on 21st June. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Lynne who showed us to a table. Restaurant is bright & airy. Lovely menu. Food was excellent. Lynne & her colleagues were very attentive and very pleasant. Nothing was any bother and we made a couple of purchases from the shop. Really look forward to returning.

People who know me will know I don’t recommend coffee shops or place to eat. However, Darby bridge is well worth a visit. The lovely country themed premises, friendly staff and chef (who previously worked in lough Erne) challenges you to make a executive decision on his menu! (Not one for the faint hearted) The menu is impressive with unusual mixes to tantalise your taste buds. All freshly prepared using their own meat supplied by the family farming business. Insuring they use only quality assured meat. last but not least the Home made chocolate cake is a connoisseur delight! Not that I would indulge being a diabetic .

Great wee spot for food and coffee

User

Can not recommend this place enough. The variety of food and service were fabulous. Attention to detail in the decor make a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. I went for the trio of burgers, absolutely delicious!

With serious food envy happening around our table with everybody’s choices, I am Excited to return and try more of the menu.

Called in today for coffee and a wee treat. Staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. Everything is home made and wow just mouthwatering. Only difficulty is deciding what to have. Will certainly be calling in again soon to try breakfast and lunch.
