Hi, I'm David McMurray and I coach people.
In life, career or business I help sucessful people make great choices and take action to change. I am a member of Association for Coaching, with over 150 hrs of training. I have over 250 + hrs of one to one and group coaching experience.

How do I do this?
I ask questions, collaborate, explore, reframe, feedback and help you create systems that take you forward.
Coaching is authentic, unique to you, and keeps you accountable to your goals. I do not judge anyone’s circumstance, although I do use my strength of judgement, intuition and honesty. And I will kick your butt when you need it.

I help people in crisis to find their resilience and strength.

I help people who say yes to everything, to say no and not feel guilty.

I help people with no time to create space for themselves.

I coach people to find out what they really want in life, focus and communicate clearly what that is.

I help people and businesses to define their values and create momentum towards them.
