Shout out to Les who freaked me out by accosting me on the street. :)
I have been a customer for quite a while now and have found the shop and staff to be friendly and informative. A recent issue with an EJ200 I bought recently was dragging on a little, not really the fault of Dawsons but a snowed under luthier. Anyhoo...As it became clear it was going to take several more weeks to get a needed part, then get it installed. Les emailed me saying they would just give me another one, it's been tested and set aside for me already. How to turn around a slightly miffed customer in short order. Nice one Les. See you Wednesday. :)
Real friendly staff who are easy going and help you with whatever you need
Just want to say a huge thank you to Les Dawson for his generosity. My band DD & The Delta Boys played the Belfast City Blues Fest recently and just after our sound check at the Harp Bar our guitarist's amp went dead with just 1 hour to show time. Les Dawson came to the rescue and saved our lives by giving us the loan of an amp for the gig. Thanks Les, will be recommending your store at every chance. DD
Great shop! Although they didn't have what I was looking for, their selection for guitars are recording equipment puts them above the pack. I was in today looking for particular sheet music and the staff were extremely helpful and wven helped to suggest where else I could find the particular item. Definately the best customer service I have experienced!
Another great experience from Mr. Hume and his merry team. No pressure to buy, gave me all the time and advice I needed . Gave me best deal possible.
A pleasure to do business with - again - Mr. Gibson and I will be very happy.
Went in today to buy a jaguar ...shop empty except for one customer playing a bass. .stood around for 10 mins ...staff never took me on ...first and last time here
