We will reopen as normal at 9am on Monday the 30th December.
If you are a Denplan or Private patient there will be an emergency rota operating on the 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th Dec. Please just phone the practice on 028 9048 3119 and follow the instructions on the answer machine. (The private rota will not operate on Friday 27th Dec).
For all other patients there is the Relief of Dental Pain Clinic at Belfast City Hospital which operates every day.

Well that is Jill’s last day nearly over before she starts her maternity leave 🤰🏻 Thank you to all those patients who have wished her well over the last few weeks and we are looking forward to meeting the newest DCD team member very soon when he/she decides to make their appearance!! 🤱🏻

Please welcome our new dentist Naweed Mahmood, who will be taking over from Jill when she is off on maternity leave.
A past pupil of Belfast Inst., Naweed studied Biochemistry at QUB before studying Dentistry at the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in Plymouth.
Since graduating in 2013, he has been actively involved in consolidating and improving his dental knowledge and clinical skills by partaking in numerous post graduate courses such as Invisalign braces for a...dults, facial aesthetics and several restorative and cosmetic dental courses.
Naweed is currently working towards his PgCert in Restorative Dentistry under one of the top dentists in the UK, Dr. Paul Tipton.
Naweed comes highly recommended and we are delighted to welcome such an enthusiastic and passionate dentist to the DCD team.

2020 will be a very busy but exciting year for our principal dentist Jill as she and her husband are expecting their first baby! She will be finishing work on Friday 13th December to begin her maternity leave and will be returning in May 2020.
All of Jill's patients will be in good hands whilst she is away as our new dentist Naweed will be covering but should anyone have any concerns etc, please do let our reception team know as Jill will be popping into the practice on a regular basis.
