Avoid this dentist if you want to hold onto your teeth!! There is only one dentist in this practice and she is even leaving in the next few weeks.I went here in March after a partial filling had fallen out,a temporary filling was put in and an appointment made for full treatment one month later. On the morning of my appointment the practice called me to cancel as the appointment as the dentist was off sick. This was Friday. I was told to call back on Monday to reschedule the appointment. On calling I was told the dentist had no appointments available prior to her 3 week holiday. My tooth subsequently broke badly and had to be taken out. This dental practice is an absolute shambles

One star is a bonus for this dentist. My son was turned away from his appointment last October because he was 5 mins late. Today we waited 35 mins past my sons appointment before being seen. My daughter was next and dentist called her by wrong name n said it was her first time there which was untrue n they were gonna c her in another 6mknyhs after being told her name and she had been before they sent me to another branch for a scan and not tell me it's closed between 1 and 2. The dentist also kept her back to me and spoke to her hygienist to then tell me everything. An absolute joke. Not a happy parent at all. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Second appointment was to get crown fitted which wasn't successful, a new one was to be made & fitted 16/12/2015, after waiting 45 minutes to see dentist (not waiting time is issue as things can take longer than planned Z)but was told crown not there. What a waste of time off work when a simple phone call the day before would have saved me a lot of stress
