The Hammock that is used in AntiGravity Yoga allows you to exercise with a greater range of movement and reduces the effects of compression in some basic Yoga positions, making it a safer method.
AntiGravity Yoga classes are for participants of all fitness levels and it is not necessary to have any knowledge of Yoga or gymnastics.
