If you buy here you don't need your car examined you need head examined,I bought a jeep three months ago,still don't have a log book,no mot,keys for canopy,will pop in the post,when didn't arrive told don't have them,it just goes on and on,can't drive,can't tax,cant insure,no apology,I have never in my life come across such an incompetent bunch in my life,don't want the jeep back,don't want to refund,so now I have to go to law,what a bunch

Terrific experience with Ford Car hire in Derry.

We were panicking about getting a car rented due to my age (21) and Magella and her female colleague (sorry I didn't catch your name) were outstanding.

Magella contacted their insurance company and enquired for myself to be rented a car for the week and she came back with great news, a great price and a great car (Ford Fiesta - high spec)

They even stayed open later on a Saturday due to our flight being delayed and then on the way back Magella's colleague drove us to the airport to save us getting a taxi.

Endless effort from start to finish with this company, will definitely rent again, thank you for your brilliant service.
