Good range of sofas for all budgets and of course their famous 4 year interest free credit which is great.

Nice sofas but terrible service. Once you have bought from them they don't care anymore and just lie to you regarding delivery dates. I wont use them again.

I recently visited DFS on Boucher Road, Belfast. I can honestly say that I have never received such wonderful customer service in my life. From the minute I entered the store, Assistant Sales Manager, Sean Reilly treated me as if I were the only customer in the world. Unfortunately, on this occasion I have decided to re-upholster my existing suite. However, I will be recommending the store to family and friends and who knows I may purchase a suite in the future.

Don't rush them selves to help you their too busy standing around talking to each other
