Dialogue For Peaceful Change (Dpc)

Our mission is to enable people all over the world to live peaceful & prosperous lives by further developing their ability to navigate conflict. Dialogue for Peaceful Change (DPC) is a method in peace building, conflict resolution and mediation that sprung out of the experience of the violent sectarian conflict in Northern Ireland and which builds on the experience of 30 + years of active peace work and mediation practice. We certify DPC Facilitators to become more masterful in navigating conflicts and change and in facilitating mediative dialogue. DPC can be used in peace building as well as in the workplace. Currently, we are active in the United States, Sweden, Brazil, South Korea and the Netherlands with trainings and programs building on our methodology. We also design interventions and programs aimed at reducing the risk of violent conflict and building capacity within communities and societies to create lasting peace.
