Had the privilege of borrowing Kyra Rodgers Norwex brush and mop system over the weekend. This is a handy system if your short on space to hold brush, mop and bucket. It also saved us some time instead of carrying about mop bucket etc. Would highly recommend this system and we will be ordering one. Biggest test is the shiny floors 😊

Last clean to finish the week That’s almost all clients caught up with again after the Christmas Chaos Better late than never but Happy New Year to all

Kathy & myself have been putting this decision off for quite a while now & would like some customer feedback before making our final Decision. Please comment your opinions below folks.
We are thinking all clients pay cost of their weekly clean in advance & if they cancel it will be at half the cost ,so up front fee covers twice cancelling & third we will have to remove their booking from diaries. The up front cost we can take in instalments if clients wish over a 4 week perio...d to make things easier.
We fully understand that things can & will happen but we will require notice by 6PM the night prior to their clean if cancelling. Kathy spends a lot of time every evening making sure clients know a time etc..
We are currently sitting twiddling our thumbs & not for the first time this week ,due to a double oven that was booked in & client not answering phone as arranged prior to us calling. This leaves us wages down & prospective clients wanting a booking also let down. Whilst we do have a waiting list these folk too need notice.
