The team of coaches come with experience and passion within the sport with the ultimate desire to watch clients realise their goals on a bike, in the water or pounding the pavements. Dig Deep Coaching doesn't stop at coaching packages. A full compliment of sports professional services are available from making sure you are riding a properly fitted bike, to specific performance tests to attain your current heart and power zones to eating right for when you train to ensure you maximise training and recovery. Making it all count and build towards goals. Rob van der Werf, current Nutritionist to UCI Pro Team GIANT-Shimano is also the Nutritionist for Dig Deep Coaching. The company is also the UK and Ireland distributor for Pactimo custom and retail cycling and triathlon clothing. We also work with The Sufferfest to provide specific training plans to cyclists training indoors using the various videos available.
