Due to the overwhelming reaction we have had to the Christopher Robin soft toy launch announcement last week and to make it as fair as possible, there will be a limit of 1 per person, 2 per household of each character. What a fantastic experience we had on the 29/05/17 the staff really pulled out all the stops for my daughter as soon as they found out we had came along way we got to open the store and they even took pics of us with the key at the castle put her name on the big screen as the first customer can't thank them enough we are still buzzing from the whole experience

Was very busy when we were in as it is coming up to Christmas. Some great discounts on some of their stock. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Love getting a wee walk around the store when visiting Belfast

Visited the Disney Store Belfast this morning to reveal an upcoming trip to Disney. We were there for opening so we got to open the store and received a memento Disney key. Then they had their reveal with a call from Lightening McQueen, their names on the big screen and a little goodie bag each ... Lovely experience and Melissa was fantastic especially with 2 very shy kids to work with � they loved it!!!! Thank you!

Very touched by the kindness of the staff today. A member of staff noticed that my little one didn't like the loud music, she promptly offered to turn down the music. I had said not to worry, but she did it anyway. She then brought him colouring sheets and stickers. Thank you.

Superb staff in the store in Belfast. I had a child with me with special needs who was welcomed with open arms by a girl named Caroline (manager) she brought him around the store, picked his favourite cartoons, danced with him and sang songs with him. Hi 5's all around also. He was over the moon with this. Brilliant service A++++++++

Love this store, staff are amazing always friendly. I go up twice a month for TsumTsums. Only downside I wish it was a bigger flagship store so it would be able to get items that sometimes aren't available.

Had such a great time in store yesterday with my daughter and niece. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. They made such an effort talking to the girls and myself. Then at checkout told us of offers coming up about mowana as that's mainly what my niece purchased lol x

Why is it so little Alice and Wounderland in uk stores and yet Disney Japan has a great choice

Usually I'm all for Disney store. The cast members are friendly and attentive but today I was gobsmacked when I asked if I could pay for a couple of 5p bags as my other bag had ripped, only to be told that there's a new policy that they refuse to sell a 5p bag unless you make a purchase in store. Seems a bit ridiculous when I'm purchasing it.

Unfit to get to the Disney shop so got up early to order the Disney plush for my daughter's first birthday. Had it in my basket and flew through checkout only to be told at 8.02 when I tried to hit 'Buy Now' it was sold out. Disney need to sort this out as they're already for sale on eBay for double the price and the true fans and their children are left without. Complete joke. Couldn't have been on any earlier or any quicker. I hope Disney have prevented bats online to try to deter this a bit!!! ���

This store in Belfast is disgraceful to say the least. Allowing families to buy 5 big bags of the limited edition bears! Hang your heads in shame Belfast! And already on eBay being sold for £100. Disgusting greedy people. And you are enabling it! Won’t be back

The Disney Store sell shoddy goods. In less than a year we've had the misfortune of buying: 2 faulty 'Inside Out' Joy and Anger dolls (their replacements were faulty too!); 1 broken 'Frozen' castle that had to be taken off a 2 year old on Christmas day; and, most recently, a poorly-sewn 'Ariel' lunch bag which apparently can't be replaced. Customer Services are less than useless. Avoid if you can.
