Nice walks and good scenery. Nowhere near enough parking though.

Great place with great view on Belfast. There are few walk trails. You can take also your doggy for a walk, but you have to remember that there are a lot of live stock so you have to keep your dog on lead. There is a free parking and cafe. I will back there soon :)

Climb up here for a tougher walk on the legs vs any of the other trails in this area. I prefer the view from black mountain myself (i.e. the ridge trail). You can see Lough Neagh, Portmore Lough, Lough beg, co. Donegal, Slemish, Scrabo tower, Strangford lough (and of course) greater Belfast from here but only on a good day with great visibility. You can also see Stormont on the hill beyond the twin cranes of Harland and Wolff. Obviously colder than most places near it due to height and windspeed. Boggy and wet in winter.
