I've been going a while. The actual dentistry aspect is 100% especially for someone as phobic about dentists as me. The huge issue is timekeeping. I always book the 1st slot of the day so that I can go before work. I have yet to see the dentist at the actual time slot booked. I've waited as much as an additional minutes. I can expect that if it were later in the day emergencies do occur but starting the day late really leaves them little scope for seeing people on time.
