well the staff were very helpful tonight, i orders my pizza on the app and went to collect it- finding out that i ordered it to waterside derry� they cancelled it and gave it to me in magherafelt. then when i went to drive off my battery died & i had to show my face again in dominos to ask if they had jump leads� & the lads got my car started again� thanks for putting up with me�

as an ex member of staff from domino's in belfast, I'm highly critical of the pizza's! but i have to say these where perfect! app works well, food was ready on time, staff were friendly and courteous. can't be faulted.

We get from here all the time via the app, but after it crashing it reverted to an old address and i never noticed. When the app said it had been delivered i rang to check where it was. Thankfully the staff realised an order refused must of been mine and rearranged for it to be delivered here. Life saver! Only 20mins later than should be (my fault) and still warm...ish lol great service and 3 very happy children lol

I've ordered numerous times and couldn't be happier with the service and food I receive every time! Especially on such busy evenings, and when you can hear the pressure they are all under, my order has always been right and tastes delicious! I'm a long time customer who will continue to eat out of Dominos Magherafelt :)

I would like to thank Dominos Magherafelt for their generosity in given me an extra large pizza and cookies that I did not order (gifted by some other poor customers soul). Even though this was so very nice of them, the extra pizza was much to be desired, what sort of criminal gets 1 half- extra bbq sauce base, chorizo, red onions and plain jane margarita for the other half. The delivery man forgot my water but offered to give me my quid back. He saved the day for this review !

They don’t put enuff on the pizza,I got ham pineapples and tomatoes and I swear the tomatoes there was about 4 wee bits on it.you had to search for them .not impressed at all especially at the prices they charge.

Personally I think the staff need a good lesson in dealing with the public and if they can't be nice or pleasant then they shouldn't be there, had an awful experience with a staff member while ordering on the telephone, only to met with "go an find someone who knows what they are talking about " the cheek, have to say the conversation made my blood boil. I rang back an spoke to the manager that was in the shop and they couldn't be nicer and dealt with my issue, pizza delivery came and there was a drink missing from the order, delivery guy offered to go get it while arguing it wasn't on the receipt but on reading the order receipt ourselves it was there 3 drink orders, but just not right for a PAYING CUSTOMER to be spoken to the way the first staff member did,

Ordered online for collection at 5.15. 30 mins later I was informed that one of the pizzas on my order had to be remade, and was offered a bottle of coke as compensation. Fair enough, but the other pizza on the order was cold by the time I got home, and ended up waiting 50 mins for order which should have been ready shortly after I arrived. Nice pizza but hope the service picks up.

ordered a pizza tonight online at 5:35 pm put the wrong time in in error, phoned the shop right away and told them what had happened, girl on the phone said no problem ive changed the time to right away and the pizza will be ready in 15 mins, so i waited and went into the shop at 5:55 and asked if my order was ready , was told that it was not yet and i was to wait, i waited about 10 mins then looked at the order screen and my order was not on it, so i went to the counter and stated this only to be told my order time had been changed to 6:30, i said can you get it put on now (6:05) and the lady said no problem, looked and seen my order on the screen and it said it was being made and had 8 mins on it, waited about half an hour before it said it was in oven then another 10 mins before the screen said it was ready, but still no call for my order ready , waited another 10 mins buy that time i was fumming, asked again only to be told that some of my order was ready but waiting on a few things, another 10 mins and still nothing, so i asked for the manger and was told that because my order time was changed i went to the back of the queue, if that was the case why did the lady that changed my order say 15mins ???????????? 1 hour and 20 mins after i ordered i finally got my order, pizza and wedges were cold but garlic bread was pipping hot, so pizza and wedges must have been ready long before the garlic bread, that was my saturday evening ruined thank you dominos .

food arrived out cold and all the management wanted was there full pizzas returned to make u wait longer to have new ones made !! Shambles !! Clearly don't understand when u have children and yourself awaiting on it 45 mins that u want to eat it !! # purerubber !!!! Had to escalate the complaint to another manager who offered to put a credit on my account !

Was in this evening and there was three people standing at the counter then two left with their orders. I was standing at the counter waiting to order with four staff taking phone order after phone order and not one of them looked or ask me had I ordered or wanted to order just practically ignored me so after few minutes I left again. Not great customer service.

Timing is so bad waited over an hour to be told it wasn't even prepared yet!! Always had a good experience with dominoes before but this has put me off

Ordered through the app, thought our order was placed waited about 15 minutes and missed the confirmation phone-call, rang them back was talking to someone and lost signal, so as you do you ring back when have signal,roughly after the 25th phone-call still no-one answered so i ordered through the app again and it came up it was being prepared, then waited for another 15 minutes then rang another 6 times and then finally got a hold of someone and then i waited 35-40 minutes for my food to be delivered. Absolute joke.

My husband ordered a meal last night (he would eat out of here very regularly) and he paid for it over the phone which he normally does! money was taken from the bank account but the food never arrived...He rang first thing today to explain, and was told someone would contact him- this never happened so he had to ring back... according to whoever he spoke to on the phone he gave the wrong number and the driver hoovered about for 30minutes pressing all the numbers to the apartments (which was lies as ours did not ring). Like i said at the beginning, he orders all the time out of this place and I think he knows his own phone number- no chance of the person taking it down wrong? On another occasion an order was made- the wee girl couldn't make out our address to the extent she started laughing on the phone? And a third occasion were they thought it was a collection and not a delivery....The service/customer service recently has been awful and no accountability by staff whatsoever! Human error can happen, but if you are going to take the money before payment, you should stand by people getting their food as paid for, youse aren't exactly cheap!!

Late night visit , order gluten free pizza. After asking do you serve gluten free this late at night and told yes, followed by the normal questions on topping and advised it only comes in small ,paid for pizza only to be told 5 mins later, on sorry we don't have any . Really!!

Then to receive a lecture on how important it is to carry minimum stock due to fresh dough (short dared) cross contamination blah blah- I know all these facts, I'm coeliac !

I went for a Pizza- not a lecture. Apparently Magherafelt has the highest demand for Gluten Free pizza. if that's the case, tell your manager know your business -and order MORE!!!

It would appear every wheat intolerant person in Magherafelt had a Dominos tonight.�

Just got our first and last ever dominos! Ordered a veggie supreme pizza it came with chicken on it, we're vegetarians so this was a massive no no �

I'm only after spending £22 on two pizzas, chicken strip combo, and cookies.



I can honestly say without exaggeration that this is the most tasteless pizza I have ever had.



I have had frozen pizzas which have tasted 10 fold better.



1) pizza was cold after 4 min car journey

2) pizza not sliced

3) base was like hard cardboard

4) tasteless thank god for the dips



On a positive note the cookies where good, most likely because they prepared off site.



If management are scratching there heads as to why turnover is not as good as expected I will save you the hassle.



Product is substandard to even frozen pizza.

I visited your Domino's last Saturday night (18/2/17) and I was absolutely disgusted, a member of your staff took my order, and when I had it placed, she asked for my name which I gave for collection! I paid £11.98 for my pizza, and was told it would take around 15/20 minutes before it was ready! 20 minutes had passed and as my taxi waited outside, I asked a member of staff politely if my order was ready, there was no sign of it, another 15/20 minutes had passed and I asked again politely if my order was ready! 'Your pizza has already been collected' replied a member of staff. I thought how could that be when ive been standing well over half an hour without anyone shouting my name while never leaving the premises? Your staff offered to remake my pizza, but after already waiting for 40 minutes, and my taxi waiting outside, understandably I didnt have the time to wait! So I asked a member of staff for a refund, again politely, and after showing my reciept that I had got after placing my order and paying for my pizza, I was told a refund was not possible! I asked why not? The member of staff then expained that the card machine could not do so! So I left your premises and got into my taxi fuming! Waiting for nearly 3/4's of an hour and paying for pizza that I never recieved! An utter disgrace! Never ever will I be back! �

I loved dominos when I was a student .... but the one in Magherafelt is not even close � the centre of the pizza was like burnt toast. But to be fair their ignorant stupid customers tonight could have distracted them ... overall brutal experience and will never be back ever!!!!
