We got and pram & car seat from Donaghy’s today. The customer service was brilliant and everything was explained in detail and lots of advice was given. Thank you to Richard & sorry we didn’t get the girl who helped us name too but you were both really helpful!

Was wanting to buy a stove. I contacted Donaghy bros and received the very best of service and advice. Ended up purchasing a stove with which I am very pleased. At all times, I was treated with courtesy and patience. Excellent customer service. I would certainly go back to this shop in the future. Highly recommended.

Top class service from Richard today. Main oven of my Neff double oven not working, and had been given a quote of £180.00 by a repair company for a call out visit�. But phoned Donaghys since it had been bought there, and Richard knew better! Due to the recent power cut, the clock had to be reset before the fan would work! Thanks Richard- one very happy customer��

The most honest, down to earth people we have ever dealt with. They speak on your level and advice you to what 'your' needs are, unlike the bigger franchise stores. Prices are fantastic. Would rate 10� if I could as the service was above and beyond.

I ordered an Animal Dyson Hoover on a Sunday and it arrived a couple of days later, it was also significantly cheaper than other companies. Postage was free and I assume that the Dyson came to UK from Ireland where the company is based. I am very impressed with the service and price and would recommend to anyone.

I have been touring the Internet for the best deal for a Dyson Animal V7. Donaghay Bros were the best price (at least £100 cheaper). So good were they that I have had to order another for my mum. Delivery was within 2 working days to Uk. Excellent service, prices and customer care.

All staff I dealt with were great and helpful giving advice on products. Can't recommend Donaghy's high enough



My old Fridge Freezer broke down Friday evening. Sent Facebook message Friday night and had a call early Saturday morning from the sales staff.



Got a brand new fridge which was recommended to me over the phone. Excellent choice and super fast delivery. Had it delivered Saturday afternoon and they even disposed of the old one for me.



Even a slight mishap with the delivery instructions given to the driver was sorted immediately.



Some recent comments on service here don't bear out my experience.

We ordered a £700 cooker hood with Donaghy Bros in advance of our new kitchen build.

Opening the box a couple of weeks later we noticed a dent on one side - after reporting this to customer services we were informed that as we had reported the damage more than 48 hours after receiving the item there was nothing they could do.

When buying with them make sure you check the goods thoroughly on receipt - I wish we had as we are now £700 out of pocket.

Definitely use a card that gives you some purchase protection.

Still, I suppose it could have been worse as we were going to order some other appliances with them too - 'were' being the operative word!

My old Fridge Freezer broke down Friday evening. Sent Facebook message Friday night and had a call early Saturday morning from the sales staff.



Got a brand new fridge which was recommended to me over the phone. Excellent choice and super fast delivery. Had it delivered Saturday afternoon and they even disposed of the old one for me.



Even a slight mishap with the delivery instructions given to the driver was sorted immediately.



Some recent comments on service here don't bear out my experience.

We ordered a £700 cooker hood with Donaghy Bros in advance of our new kitchen build.

Opening the box a couple of weeks later we noticed a dent on one side - after reporting this to customer services we were informed that as we had reported the damage more than 48 hours after receiving the item there was nothing they could do.

When buying with them make sure you check the goods thoroughly on receipt - I wish we had as we are now £700 out of pocket.

Definitely use a card that gives you some purchase protection.

Still, I suppose it could have been worse as we were going to order some other appliances with them too - 'were' being the operative word!
