We were at Dorvic on Saturday and took delivery of our new caravan and all the staff were very helpful we would recommend them to any who is looking a caravan or accessories they go the extra bit to help every one .

We had a real bad experience with a different dealer NOT DORVIC!!! We purchased our new van from dorvic after we got sorted with the other rouge.. Anyway Dorothy, Ian,Johnny and the rest of the team were fantastic!!! 100% trustworthy and honest!! Excellent customer service and are happy to help at the end of a phone anytime!! Would recommend dorvic to any1.. I know where I will be going from now on!!! Well done Dorvic team!!!

These people are angels cant thank them enough what they done for us (we got a caravan some were else NOT DORVIC and had a guy out that told us that our new caravan was tamp So took it back to the man we got it off this was the 22/3/16 we got a brilliant caravan from DORVIC we were due to go away on the 24/3/16 and Dorothy and the gang really went out of there way to help us and we got or new van 12 hrs later and had one happy child thanks to use all)

Thanks to Dorothy, Ian, all the other staff and of course Johnny.

Needed our new van for this weekend and they managed to get it delivered and ready for us to pick up today. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. The banter isn’t bad either.

Just want to thank you for a tip you gave me over the phone last November! I was after a new awning having changed my caravan and you told me that you can get it enlarged instead in England. The awning was collected and returned to our door with no hassle at all. We are just back from 3 weeks in France and it was £175 well spent. Thanks.

I have recently just picked up my 2nd Caravan from Dorvic. What impresses me is the 2 qualities they have. Number 1 is the sales approach. We couldn't decide on our new caravan so Dorothy let us roam between them as long as we needed to ensure we were happy. Number 2 is the way they continue with looking after you through servicing and customer service. I definitely couldn't fault them in any way.

Friendly very helpful nothing is to mush botter for them to help you with

Called into Dorvic caravans today with intention of simply browsing and making a few enquiries about getting started. Left 2 hrs later having purchased our 1st caravan. Salesman was absolutely brilliant (no hard sell) with lots of great advice. Dorothy helped us regarding costs etc and the whole deal was relaxing and hassle free. Can't wait to get our van home now. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Especially people like us who are complete novices. Thanks Dorothy and the team....

Bought my first caravan of these guys and i have say the service was excellent. Very straight forward process and the wee lad who done the handover was excellent, showed me how everything worked and had loads of time to answer my questions and even put my extended wing mirrors on my car. Such a credit to the company. I will be using this company again in the near future.

As always fantastic service and great advice, just bought the Rally Pro Awning and had our caravan serviced. We have been going to Dorvic Caravans for years and highly recommend. Love coming in and viewing all the latest wares and having a super friendly greeting.
