So... I’ve made the decision to take full payment before I even start making a order. Due to let downs, late pick ups, last minute cancellations , this is something I’m regrettably now going to have to enforce. £25 deposit on booking, full balance to be paid 48 hours before collection. I work full time 50+ hours a week most weeks, I work in other cities across the UK too. My time is now more precious than ever. Please respect that I have a life (a pretty hectic one!!) outside of this tiny cake business.

So I have finally got a date for Japan!! 28th October - 5th November so I’m not available for cakes.

Completely true! Lots of thought, planning, sketches etc go into a cake, not to mention the time, effort and other unseen expenses such as electricity, boxes, cake boards, dowels, etc. You get what you pay for. Cheap cake isn’t good and good cake isn’t cheap!!
