Dpd Ireland Armagh Depot 88

Just a terrible delivery service. Only deliver during working hours and no options for alternative way to receive parcel.

DPD is the courier I hope no one uses and makes me upset when they do and I know I'm going to get that text message that says your driver today is Gary.

He is an unpleasant man. Could hardly look at you and would forcefully push parcels your way. He makes you worry about your stuff. I was told by 3 once I could use a phone I was exchanging up until the DPD man came and then swap it over. However Gary decided he didn't have the time and left. Meaning he had to come back the next day and we had to do it again.

He needs to learn some manners. The only reason I went here was so I didn't have to see him.

Been waiting a week on my new phone, got the delivery message today stayed home to collect and the driver didnt appear now have to collect it from the depot. Waste of my time

They deliver only during the day when people are working. Cant get an evening or weekend appointment. Ridiculous service. Told them to just return the package. Ill get a phone elsewhere. They should market themselves as the courier of choice for the unemployed

The courier didn't even bother to come to the adress so my package got returned to the depot so now I have to waste money and time because the driver THOMAS can't do his job.

How hard is it for the driver who leaves a "Sorry we missed you!" card, that they fill in the information on it, rather than LEAVE IT BLANK. Not even a tick to say it was brought back to the local depot, which is a 1 hour round trip from me. (Yes, the card has a ref and card number, which is not the point, as that doesn't work on the APP) So, The APP is CRAP! Didn't update the delivery, or work with the card ref or card number, and surprise, surprise, it's the same on DPD Ireland and UK website. If only I knew at the time of purchase through amazon that the business I purchased from, were 10 minutes away (palm in face). I now have to waste diesel to pick up my items from DPD, yet again!!
I hope the government takes note on why there is so much pollution? - The cause - courier businesses who cannot create in this day of age, a time slot to suit the need of the customer. Deliveries would then be one time only deliveries, that's called simplification!
