This has to be the worst delivery service. Been waiting 3 days for a parcel to be delivered. Was told it would come to my home..i got 1 parcel but was meant to be 2 parcels... 10 minutes later i got a txt saying we were unable to deliver ur parcel because u were not at home..What!!!! I rescheduled it to be collected at the shop and got a txt..went to lift it and it wasnt there the driver had to take it back because 1 of the six parcels he was delivering to the shop wudnt scan and he had to take all 6 back with him!!!!such a joke of a company.

Every time I’ve had a package delivered by DPD it’s been late.

Today paid for a Saturday delivery and guess what another no show.

I’ve mainly got to use these as they deliver my phone companies products and to be honest I’ve found them to be as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Can’t get in touch and when you do they just fob you off with a cavalier and brusque attitude.

Wouldn’t choose to use them Hermes, Fastway or Parcelforce are far better options.

this is a difficult company to contact , hope to never use again , I have a private porch , and good neighbors , common sense should have prevailed , and this driver knew me, , parcel force or my hermes any day
