Dpd Ireland South Down Depot 63

I am afraid same story as everyone else..... non delivery of urgent medicine that was stolen somewhere within DPD's supply chain. Eventually got to speak to a DPD manager in the mainland UK because the Banbridge depot doesn't speak to customers. I quote what I was told in the same phone conversation "we accept the order has been lost presumed stolen from our distribution centre but DPD cannot do anything to help you and we cannot discuss the issue further". I thought Yodel was a terrible courier company but it turns out not as bad as DPD. Such a shame as they used to be good but I suppose cost cutting and hiring thieves ruined that!

Don't answer phone and don't answer their buzzer to gain excess. Very bad service.

First fella i spoke to was not very nice on the phone was cheeky and ignorant second fella i spoke to was very helpful and sorted my problem for me so think u need to tell ur staff how too answer the phone properly hopefully next time i will be spoken to properly

Never knock the door so you have to go there to pick up

TRACKING STATES "Parcel returned to depot as no one in to sign for it" This is totally UNTRUE as some one was in all day and I was at home at the time the "attempt to deliver occured". Also no note left at the time. Sender informed and a complaint made to them.

Awful service. Waiting all day in work for a parcel to arrive as Three promised me delivery today. Not only has DPD let me down, they have also let Three down and I will be telling this and recommending they use another courier in future. Nothing would make me happier than them losing the contract with Three. Joke of a company. It's still on route to their depot from 4.45am this morning. Over 12 hours later and it's not even at their depot (according to their tracking system). How can you not give zero stars on this? They deserve nothing since that's what they provide.

This has to be the WORST "delivery service" in Ireland/UK I have now had 3-4 items delivered from this firm and not impressed at all, the latest one was to be delivered today ( 02/03/17) I took the day of work and waited in all day and no sign of the delivery. Rang the company that were sending out my item to see if it was being sent out as it had not yet arrived only to be told that DPD had tried to deliver it yesterday (01/03/17). As it was today 02/03/17 and not yesterday 01/03/17 that the delivery was to be made i was in all day no attempt to ring the doorbell or no card left and no redelivery for the correct day this has happened on to many occasions now please dont use this company..
why is there not minus stars as one star is to many for this company!!!!!!

They were late delivering my parcel so i missed them the next day. So the parcel was sent to their depot which is 42 miles away from my house so i needed to arrange to collect it and get off work so i went to collect it 4 days later but keep in mind i had to take a day off work to get this and when i got there they told me it was sent back to the sendet without telling me. So i wasted a day driving and lost money getting off work. Thanks DPD
