530d in for a dpf clean exhaust back pressure was over 300mlb on this one.we cleaned dpf filter and got exhaust back pressure down to 8mlb at idle. And 30mlb at 3000 rpm..

525d bmw in for a dpf clean.the exhaust back pressure was over 500mlb. At 3000 rpm.. we also found the cause of the dpf blocking. Diagnostics fault codes related to pressure sensor and 6 glowplugs failed. So we checked each glowplug and all we're working so it was a fault with the glow plug module. We replaced the module and replaced pressure sensor and cleaned the dpf filter and got exhaust back pressure down to 7mlb at idle and 25mlb at 3000 rpm

Took my 3 series BMW here for a DPF clean but Neill showed me the diagnostics and it was two other parts causing the real issue. Spent more than I intended but probably saved me hundreds if I ignored the faults and damaged the car a lot more. Neill knows his stuff and car is running great now.

Took my 1.6 tdi golf up today had engine management light , engine management lamp light flashing car in limp mode and bad sensor . This was all fixed in the matter of a few hours car is like new reading everyone’s reviews is what made me choose to go here and I am not disappointed anyone with dpf problems this is your man 100%

I have been taking my car to Neil for the past 3 years and the job and service he provides is second to none! I get an annual carbon and injector clean and my car feels like new for it.



I recently had an issue with my car which I thought was simply a dirty or defective sensor in the air intake manifold. I took my car to Neil who spent a whole day cleaning the air intake manifold and the relevant sensors. He quickly diagnosed the problem being a known fault with the 2.0 TSI intake which is common with VW’s before 2012, Neil arranged to get me a new air intake manifold and have it fitted with VW specialist ensuring I have an extended warranty with the part! Neil went above and beyond and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

I had a blocked dpf and my car was in limp mode before I took it to Neil. Basically it was screwed. I was given Neil's number and I knew I had the right man for the job by the first phone call. I left the car in and within 4 hours it was fixed. I can't believe the difference this has made. The car is running better than ever before and definitely has more power. Neil is friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who has a problem like this. �
