Was in getting my eye looked at walked in off the Street booked in seen and back out in 20 minutes thanks Doctor Morgan for all your help.

Used Duality Health last year .. was excellent made feel welcome and actually listened .. excellent value for money and peace of mind . .

This place is great. Baby had a high temperature but didn't hear back from out of hours until the next day. Meanwhile got seen straight away here. The waiting room is great for children and adults, toys and refreshments. Place looks great and staff couldn't do enough for you. They have all new gadgets so we got to see inside babies ears and throat on a screen. Very impressive set up. Also said we could come back if the prescribed medicine didn't work which is great. Highly recommend the place.

This place is brilliant. My husband went in on the 29th Oct. He was seen straight away, the staff and doctor were really friendly,welcoming, very professional and honest.

The place itself was lovely, clean, had a range of toys to keep the kids occupied and complementary drinks.

I could not recommend enough, as a mother with 3 children, it is so handy compared to waiting hours to be seen in a&e or waiting for hours to get a phone call from out of hours.

If the need arises I will definitely be back. Thanks for all your help!

I got something in my eye about 6 months ago and couldnt get it removed ,I went to 3 different doctors and waited for 5 hours in eye A and E in Belfast. 6 months on I heard about duality health and the doctor told me that he would definitely find it and sort it out. He found a build up of dirt behind the eyelid and cleaned it out. The nhs doctors failed to do this , you get what you pay for I would highly recommend duality.

Highly recommend duality health. Been to them a few times now. Great service and very professional staff. Very relaxed atmosphere

I phoned on Saturday and got an appointment straight away , we were seen by Stephen who was very friendly and professional and recommended we come back for a follow-up app on Monday which was included in the charge and it was Stephen again who seen us which was brilliant. It is very reassuring to know that this service is available close to home so I definitely won't hesitate to use it if the need arises!!

Fantastic service. Urgently needed my 2yr old to be seen on a Sat eve (17:30). Called and was told to come straight away. Great facilities and consultation room. Very friendly and professional. Doctor was very helpful and informative. Received valuable follow on information via email the same eve. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Exceptional!! Got my 3 yr old daughter izzie seen and home again in less than under an hour!! Gp was brilliant with her and very thorough.. she is feeling much better now! �

Excellent GP practice. I booked an appointment online and seen Dr Declan Morgan for treatment in my ear that had been very uncomfortable for some time and unable to see my own GP. So I was able to book a time convenient to me. The Doctor and the Practice Manager were both very polite, welcoming and completely professional. The Practice is stunning and has the best of modern medical technology I have seen. I will definitely be going back when needed. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this place enough! First class service and just what newry needs. There was no problem getting an appointment my little boy was very poorly and we had already been to his own GP 2 days prior only to be told it was viral and will run its course...usual story. Dr Morgan was great and was very concerned so much so that he had asked us to come back before closing so he could check if there was any improvement, turns out antibiotic was needed and my son was on the mend within the hour! Amazing work Dr Morgan will definitely recommend.

Can't say enough about the care my daughter received at this practice. The staff are friendly and polite, the doctor is easy to talk to and you never feel rushed. BUT the most important thing is that this doctor actually listens, to your concerns and answers all your questions. THANK YOU !! 😁

Brilliant service! Phoned in and got an appointment within a half hour. Lovely warm & welcome reception area with very friendly staff. My baby has been haven feeding problems & we were back & fourth to our GP a few times a week in & out of hospital & still we weren't getting any answers so we decided enough was enough & myself & husband contacted Dr Morgan who was very very helpful and pointed us in the right direction to get our 11 week old baby diagnosed and on the right food. Within 48hrs our we man was back to himself & feeding again. We Will definitely be recommending! Thanks again for all your help & surport very much appreciated �

Amazing service in the heart of Newry. Phoned for an appointment at 12:05pm to be offered an appointment for 15 minutes later. Considering we were 186th in the queue in OOH for a call back I snapped it up. Dr Morgan thoroughly checked my son over and was able to diagnose him. I left feeling reassured and with 1 week open access if my child's health deterioted further I will able to reattend the practice free of charge. Dr Morgan also emailed me over advice and a treatment sheet. I can highly recommend this practice, Newry is very lucky to have such a service.

Absolutely great service provided here, highly recommend if you want to be seen straight away with out the wait of seeing your own doctor. Will be using service again

Dr Morgan was great and was very concerned so much so that he had asked us to come back before closing so he could check if there was any improvement, turns out antibiotic was needed and my son was on the mend within the hour! Amazing work Dr Morgan will definitely recommend.

Brilliant service! Phoned in and got an appointment within a half hour. Lovely warm & welcome reception area with very friendly staff. My baby has been haven feeding problems & we were back & fourth to our GP a few times a week in & out of hospital & still we weren't getting any answers so we decided enough was enough & myself & husband contacted Dr Morgan who was very very helpful and pointed us in the right direction to get our 11 week old baby diagnosed and on the right food. Within 48hrs our we man was back to himself & feeding again. We Will definitely be recommending! Thanks again for all your help & surport very much appreciated �

Amazing service in the heart of Newry. Phoned for an appointment at 12:05pm to be offered an appointment for 15 minutes later. Considering we were 186th in the queue in OOH for a call back I snapped it up. Dr Morgan thoroughly checked my son over and was able to diagnose him. I left feeling reassured and with 1 week open access if my child's health deterioted further I will able to reattend the practice free of charge. Dr Morgan also emailed me over advice and a treatment sheet. I can highly recommend this practice, Newry is very lucky to have such a service.

Absolutely great service provided here, highly recommend if you want to be seen straight away with out the wait of seeing your own doctor. Will be using service again

Was in getting my eye looked at walked in off the Street booked in seen and back out in 20 minutes thanks Doctor Morgan for all your help.

Used Duality Health last year .. was excellent made feel welcome and actually listened .. excellent value for money and peace of mind . .

This place is great. Baby had a high temperature but didn't hear back from out of hours until the next day. Meanwhile got seen straight away here. The waiting room is great for children and adults, toys and refreshments. Place looks great and staff couldn't do enough for you. They have all new gadgets so we got to see inside babies ears and throat on a screen. Very impressive set up. Also said we could come back if the prescribed medicine didn't work which is great. Highly recommend the place.

This place is brilliant. My husband went in on the 29th Oct. He was seen straight away, the staff and doctor were really friendly,welcoming, very professional and honest.

The place itself was lovely, clean, had a range of toys to keep the kids occupied and complementary drinks.

I could not recommend enough, as a mother with 3 children, it is so handy compared to waiting hours to be seen in a&e or waiting for hours to get a phone call from out of hours.

If the need arises I will definitely be back. Thanks for all your help!

I got something in my eye about 6 months ago and couldnt get it removed ,I went to 3 different doctors and waited for 5 hours in eye A and E in Belfast. 6 months on I heard about duality health and the doctor told me that he would definitely find it and sort it out. He found a build up of dirt behind the eyelid and cleaned it out. The nhs doctors failed to do this , you get what you pay for I would highly recommend duality.

First class service, I would highly recommend Duality Health to anyone who is feeling unwell rather than out of hours. I phoned on Saturday and got an appointment straight away , we were seen by Stephen who was very friendly and professional and recommended we come back for a follow-up app on Monday which was included in the charge and it was Stephen again who seen us which was brilliant. It is very reassuring to know that this service is available close to home so I definitely won't hesitate to use it if the need arises!!

First class service for our 3 year old. When I rang the clinic we were given an appointment straight away and seen within two minutes on arrival. Declan was so professional , efficient and after a detailed examination referred us straight to the paediatric ward in Daisy Hill . We will most certainly be using this service if ever we require it.

First class service Steven really made me feel at ease after a traumatic dog bite he was very efficient and took me in straight away . Highly recommend will be using this service again

Fantastic service. Urgently needed my 2yr old to be seen on a Sat eve (17:30). Called and was told to come straight away. Great facilities and consultation room. Very friendly and professional. Doctor was very helpful and informative. Received valuable follow on information via email the same eve. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Excellent GP practice. I booked an appointment online and seen Dr Declan Morgan for treatment in my ear that had been very uncomfortable for some time and unable to see my own GP. So I was able to book a time convenient to me. The Doctor and the Practice Manager were both very polite, welcoming and completely professional. The Practice is stunning and has the best of modern medical technology I have seen. I will definitely be going back when needed. Thank you.

There was no problem getting an appointment my little boy was very poorly and we had already been to his own GP 2 days prior only to be told it was viral and will run its course...usual story.
