Went today with my son and a friend to the subtitled sensory screening of incredibles 2 only there were no subtitles. Management and staff were very apologetic but could not fix the issue as they had streamed the wrong version. We were reimbursed and given complimentary tickets to come back for another show. Very disappointing but the staff couldn't have been nicer about the whole thing. Hopefully next time there will be subtitles where they are advertised.

Paid for premium seats but no option to upgrade drink and popcorn, no option to switch fizzy drink for water and you still have to pay for 3D glasses - doesn't feel very premium to me - and all included in a premium ticket at my other local cinema plus additional free tea and coffee!

Good cinema, pity about overpriced matinee show. (Full price) Other cinemas charge 4.50 during the day on a sat and do offers during the week also, so disappointing .Two people in front of us were complaining about the very same thing. Very few people in the movie, maybe if priced correctly you would get more customers. This is something you could review and change.

very very poor place of business, staff that will stand and watch you purchase tickets for a show and then say that my little brother(15) is not old enough to see a marvel movie rated 16 so already its quite childish but then he goes on to say im not eligable for a refund and that its not their fault that i did'nt check the movie rating, but all in all very poor staff, very poor way of handling the whole situation by basically saying its your fault not ours, instead of trying to sort the situation for me it was basically being told to leave, and its safe to say ill be making the journey somewhere else to see films from now on and i recommend others do the same.
