Founded by Donall McCann in early 2020, Duneane AM is a fully integrated real estate platform specialising in Principle Investment and Asset Management, combining experienced and entrepreneurial real estate professionals with a proven track record of above market performance. As a principle investor, Duneane AM has acquired c. 500, 000 sq ft of commercial property assets since its inception, working alongside family office investors and institutional lending partners. Duneane AM is active within Real Estate Capital Markets in deal advisory and the sourcing of debt finance and through the peak of the Covid-19 crisis, assisted a number of high-profile retail and leisure businesses to restructure c. 850 occupier agreements. Duneane AM has a special interest in providing seed and early round funding to positive disruptive start-ups and early stage businesses across a number of sectors.
