Unbelievable customer service! Would put the Americans to shame!
Shopping in home department 27/5/17 and was blown away with how lovely the staff were. One staff member seen that I had one too many items and offered to place them behind counter, another helped me sort out my cushion configuration. When I got to payment the young man serving me even offered to get me a trolley or offered to get a member of staff to assist me to my car. I come from a customer background myself and I experienced a customer masterclass. Well done to the management and your wonderful team! You all deserve a bonus! 😀
