Would just like to say a massive thank you to your hospital for being their for me during the loss of my cat.

From the point of first contact you gave us all the help you could possibly give over the phone whilst trying to resuscitate my cat Jackson.

Unfortunately Jackson did not survive

I am so grateful for the care you provided when we finally arrived at your hospital. And the care your team provided to us during this tragedy.

I am so glad that you were their to hold on to him until I made the decision as to whether he should be buried or cremated.

You are a credit to all pet owners and just knowing that your their 24/7 makes owning a pet so much easier.

I just wish I wasn't writing this.

But thank you all for your support.

User

We would like to say a massive thank you to Supervet Gregg and all his team at Earlswood Veterinary for helping our wee Frankie.

5 weeks ago Frankie went through major spine surgery with a high risk that he might not walk again.

Frankie is now recovering well and walking again. I can't speak highly enough of the first class professional service and care they all provided and would highly recommend!!

We have been bringing our much loved pets to Earlswood for quite some time now. It is a superb vets. When we had to have our darling old dog Buffy put to sleep last year they were tremendous. Our mad Siamese Mocha pays visits there because she is totally mad and the treatment she gets is second to none - our previous vet advised us to have her put to sleep and we asked for a second opinion, explained what was wrong and Earlswood confirmed what we thought. She was operated on and we got her home three days later.

Can definitely recommend Earlswood.

User

We cannot thank Alistair and his team enough for the treatment and care that they have given to our dog recently. After a mis-diagnosis with our local vet we were referred to Alistair after a second opinion. He carried out biopsy’s and a CT scan and took the decision to remove a tumour from her chest. We got her home yesterday and she is fighting fit. Everyone at Earlswood has been exceptional - from Ruth & Linda on reception, Tony, Katie & all the nurses and Alistair himself we cannot thank you enough. Mark, Michele & Gizmo!

We are so pleased that we found Ian Millar to operate on Winnie, our chow chow, when we discovered that she had a touch of entropion in her eyes. He also spayed her at the same time and we couldn't be happier with the results. The scar from her spay is so small and tidy and her eyes have healed beautifully...her groomer, who shows chow chows, commented that you wouldn't even know she'd had an eye operation. Any staff who we encountered during our various consultations & check-ups were lovely & understood how traumatic it was for me having to leave Winnie overnight. Wish your practice was closer to home so we could see you all for any appointments Winnie may require but I just wanted to thank you all soooo much for looking after my baby & for a job well done!

User

Today we brought in a rescue corn snake with severe spondylosis along his spine. The fab rehabilitation team we're able to treat with acupuncture and light laser therapy. Thanks Elsa x

Super devoted to animal welfare, I found a feral cat in a bad way and the staff groomed, conditioned and fed him and wouldn't take a penny from me.

User

Sincere thanks for the care and attention given to Eddie by Greg and all the nursing and reception staff at Earlswood before, during and after his TTA procedure. We were kept fully informed about the tests required and proposed treatment of his ACL injury, his progress after surgery and were given all the information and advice needed to understand and play our part in his recovery. Our confidence and trust in Greg and Team made this very traumatic experience a bit easier for all of us - thank you!

I brought my springer spaniel to Earlswood on 11th December, as an emergency. He needed operated on right away to ease discomfort. Ian Miller explained everything that he needed to do and gave me real expectations, he handled the situation with pure professionalism and compassion. Ian made the decision I had to make easier and helped me through the grieving process with a letter of condolence, which meant a lot!

User

Huge thank you for taking care of my dog Roxy when our normal vets couldn't do what she needed. She needed surgery and had already sat for nearly a week before getting to Earlswood. They were able to take her in for surgery that day and have done a fantastic job! Very impressed with the service we have received.

Cannot rate earlswood highly enough! The care they have given to my dog buster is second to none! Heather and Rachel have done an amazing job in treating him and are always at the end of the phone or an email away for help and advice.
