couldn’t thank these people enough! if i could give more than 5 stars i would, most helpful people coming out of their way to come help me out after i paid someone to come out to clean my carpets (not from elite) and totally messed them up leaving a horrible smell and soaken wet, couldn’t thank yous enough for what yous done free of charge! i really really appreciate it and would recommend yous to everyone, thank you again �

Was told by other cleaning companies that cream material was impossible to clean well! It certainly wasn’t impossible for these guys. Sofas are like brand new again. I can now sell them were I was under the impression they were ruined and for the skip. We are highly impressed and will 100% only use theses guys in future. �

This is the second time that we have used you guys and we will be back - fantastic job! Thank you so much!

I was so impressed with the workmanship that I had Roy & Jonathan out today to steam clean the grubby kitchen tiles & grout, not helped by a few puppy accidents along the way. Now they are gleaming and look like new!

I had planned on replacing them but Roy said they could sort it and they did. Now I won’t need to replace them. They are like new.

I just had my cream carpet cleaned on my stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms and I am SO happy with the result!! It's came up better than new! Also, the boys are so so friendly which for me is a big plus as when you're letting people into your home you need to feel comfortable... and I did. I honestly can't praise these guys enough! I thought my rug was ready for the bin & i couldn't find another one that matched with my decor. Elite were recommended by a friend and i'm so glad they were! They came & picked my rug up and brough it back a week later. Honestly i thought they'd bought me a new rug �. I got Elite cleaning to clean 2 rugs I have. One was cream and I previously used another company. They never got it looking like new, when they let me down I tried this company. The results were unreal!!! Excellent service and my rugs look like new. Cant wait to get them to clean my cream sofa!!

I cannot praise this company too highly. They are efficient, effective & hard working! They came when they said they would, they were friendly & respectful and their work was simply outstanding! I have used them for rug cleaning in the past & was always more than happy with the result but this was the first time they had worked on my tile floor! It’s better than when it was laid!!! Fabulous service at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Absolutely no trace of the stain on my stair carpet, and my pure new wool rug is like brand new, not only clean but the pile has been restored.

Great customer service from initial enquiry via Facebook through to completed jobs. My light grey suite came up like new - gone were all those stains and water marks that I found impossible to shift. And friends thought I'd got brand new carpet on the stairs after Jonathan had cleaned them!



I was so impressed with the workmanship that I had Roy & Jonathan out today to steam clean the grubby kitchen tiles & grout, not helped by a few puppy accidents along the way. Now they are gleaming and look like new!
