Having been in the industry for approx 4 years, I enjoy assisting clients to improve their body composition, health, fitness and lifestyle through individual personal training, tailored nutrition plans and specific advice.

Biosignature practitioner Poliquin level 1 (Hormonal skin-fold testing)
