Top class facility with state of the art equipment, brilliant, friendly atmosphere with professionals to advise individuals from all training backgrounds. Can't recommend this place highly enough...first class

This is a great gym.

The equipment is well maintained.

The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Always willing to lend a hand and pass on some information.

This gym has everything you need for all round fitness, conditioning and muscle gain! PT's are extremely knowledgeable - definitely the best decision I made....joining this gym!

The equipment is second to none, Kris MCGrath is an excellent trainer with lots of knowledge. Best gym I've ever been in.

The best gym I've ever trained in bar none.. Machines for everything and then some.. I'm going to make some serious gains in this gym as are my pt clients.. Going to really working with them here

I've been using this gym now for almost 2 months and i can say that it's one of the best i've ever used. I've been training for almost 20 years but following major bowel surgery 5 years ago i stopped using the gym and lost interest. Elite, Mark, and Steph the PT, have given me the confidence to take up lifting again giving me stacks of constant encouragement, being available when suits me to train and giving dietary and training advice that is absolutely spot on. I've lost 6 inches off my waist and am starting to get my firm body back again. I travel from Strangford to work out and i wouldn't train anywhere else. Without doubt a 5 star rating.
