Today is world Down syndrome day and to celebrate your coffee up to the value of £2 is on us if you have odd socks! One coffee per pair of socks please. The money raised will be donated to our niece niamh who is currently raising money for her trip to the special olympics as part of the Northern Ireland basketball team- and if u forgot your odd socks feel free to make a donation

Wow! The decor, the service but most of all the food! Amazing! 1st time eating in the restaurant and il be back again! I had the wedges, fillet n cooked to perfection n apple pie just enuf of everything! Definitely will be recommending it

Went here for pre theatre dinner with my sisters. We were showed to a lovely round table perfect for us all to chat. Food was fab we all loved it service was great will definitely be back

Went for valentines night...didnt get a rose but certainly got a wonderful meal, had the combo starter, barbecue ribs, wedges, wings snd garlic ciabatti. ... this i highly recommend! !! For main, i had fillet steak and he himself had sirloin. ..both steaks were cooked to perfection...would have loved dessert but was far too full and believe me i usually find room. ..staff excellent, i will definitely be back and will have a few more along with us !!! Ps, i hsve been here in the day time and loved it but this was the 1st at night

We visited Embers today and had a beautiful meal. The waitress arranged with the chef for us to have a dish that was not normally available on the menu at the time we were there. The food was superb as was the service. We love Embers and look forward to the next visit!

We fly to Armagh a few times a year from England to visit family and always dine here for a meal at some point during our stay, never disappointed the food is amazing and the staff are always friendly and helpful! x

My cousin and I had our lunch here today and I must say what a warm welcoming place it is, the food was delicious and well presented it was a credit to them. John and the staff were very welcoming and had took their time to chat and make sure everything was OK. This is a first class place to eat in and I would recommend it to anyone a fab place and fab food. Thanks John and staff we will be back.

My Friend and I went for a meal here last night, beautiful meal well presented and staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend it don't know how to get pics up

Have to say food and service has always been top notch anytime I've been. Usually for Sunday dinner but have been during the week as well. Service doesn't dip, and someday I will beat the hot marble brownie sundae �

Had a lovely lunch here, staff are so friendly and food was great. My little boy had a light sabre with him and as we were sitting outside having lunch someone pinched it on him. Staff checked if it had been handed in but as we were leaving two fellas walked past with it! Staff went out of their way to get it back for him! Happy little boy tonight, thanks again. Xxx

Fantastic breakfast I had omelette cooked to perfection, my husband had the full fry which he thoroughly enjoyed. Left feeling so full we didn't need to eat the rest of the day,just a cup of coffee.thats what I call value for money pay for one meal which does all day.

Excellent restaurant. Lovely food and great service. There was 30 of us in for a confirmation meal and not one person could criticise the quality and presentation of the food. Highly recommended and will be back again.

Attended The Fureys in concert so Early bird menu with my mate last night warm welcoming , good craic from the staff place was busy nothing was too much hassle Food was excellent fantastic choice menu , great Shiraz in plentiful measure Top spot well done all , looking forward to returning in near future highly recommend credit to Armagh. Cheers !

14 of us visited here as part of family hen party celebrations and the staff couldn't have done any more for us. They were so attentive & friendly and the food was fabulous, with nothing only praise from the whole party.

My hubby and I called in this evening. He had fish and chips, which were beautifully presented, needless to say he cleaned the platter! I had honey chilli chicken rice and all the trimmings, it was absolutely delicious. Great service Thanku Luke! Enjoyed my chat with John, catching up on latest. Have always enjoyed my delicious meals here, and will see you all soon again. Keep up the good work !!!

Had a lovely meal last night...we both had steaks and they were delicious � service was great and Complimentary Nachos was a nice touch. The only thing i would complain about was the toilet...it was very dirty and the floor covered in toilet roll...definitely not a good impression.

Was there on 25/05 with a party of 12, friendly staff however service was extremely slow, starters took a while to come but at the end of the meal we ordered cocktails which took 30mins to come to our table and they forgot to make one also. Food was good but overall the slow service let us down.

Very disappointed with service on Sunday waited over an hour after our order was taken for a simple main course, when we went to check what was keeping it we where told that there was a problem in the kitchen!!

When the food arrived an hour and ten minutes later it was very disappointing

Visited once before today and it was lovely. Brought my mum today to treat her for her birthday. Dad, mum and I all had baked potatoes. All of them were hard and mine had a big rotten bit in it. One bad spud I can understand but 3 hard ones isn't good. I did notify the girl when I was paying and she just said she'd let the chef know. None of us finished our potatoes. We won't be back.

My father went out for a meal here recently, since he doesn’t have social media I’m reviewing on his behalf. I’m unconcerned with the quality of food but the service - especially the management - is awful. He ordered one of the specials and was told they were off, so he ordered a different meal, his friend ordered a meal and all was well. 2 meals came.They ate, my dad paid and left. When he got home he looked at his bill and realised he had been charged for 3 meals - the special he ordered that was off, the meal he got and the meal his friend got. When he phoned up to explain the mix up thinking he would be offered at least a voucher for the meal amount if not his money back. He spoke to Sarah - the owner who was incredibly rude and said there was absolutely nothing she could do. Ridiculous considering he had the proof in his hand, knew the waiter who took the order who could confirm the mix up - no effort was made to get to the bottom of it. ‘We’re very busy right now and I can’t help you, you should’ve sorted this out before you left the restaurant.’ Safe to say he, nor I nor any of our friends will be back. A little kindness and human decency in the face of your own mistake wouldn’t go a miss Embers!
