Now the dust has settled from Friday nights fight night. I wanted to praise this young lad Callum St Ledger. After only 6 weeks training and what was meant to be an exhibition light spar, his far heavier, older and more experienced opponent clearly didn’t read the memo and came for a war!! Callum stood the test and fired right back. Super proud of him!! Fighter of the night for me!! Big things to come for this young 10 year old!! 💪🏻👊🏻

Proud of this lad Lee McDonnell. After having a heart transplant 6 months ago and then being told to lose weight by the doctors as a matter of urgency!! Well, he is now 6 days into training and has already lost nearly a stone! The road to 75kg has begun! Top lad 👊🏻💥💪🏻

A win and a draw for two of the clubs senior members on the road last night in Antrim. Proud of both guys and the work they put in. Even though the draw was controversial to say the least! Some of the judges must of been blind. 🤔

Over the past three months. A number of guys from the ages of 10 up to 45 years of age have been learning to box and next month is the time for them to shine. A 13 bout charity boxing event against Dungannon, It should be a great night and a great experience for the guys who have put everything into the past few months training. With the success of the kids Halloween Fitness Bootcamp. I’ll be running a ‘back to school’ Fitness Bootcamp for 5-7 year olds on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of January.
