Did you notice todays date?🤔
It reads the same backwards as forwards, known as a #palindrome
The last global date for one was 11.11.1111 (909 years ago) and the next one isn't until 12.12.2121 (101 years) 😮
February 😍
I found January fast enough but many people will be glad to see the end of it!
Welcome #February 🤗
Onychauxic Nails😮
Thick nails become increasingly common in elderly.
Please check elderly relatives feet and nails.... Toenails regularly become neglected as they can't reach their nails and they may be embarrassed to ask for help.
This is something podiatrists treat every day, so no need for any embarrassment nor is there any need to suffer 😢

Dry, cracked heels? 🙈
Our heels are shock absorbers. The skin around your heels should be resilient and able to move when heel strikes the ground.
When your skin on your heels become dry and hard skin develops, it is much less flexible and more likely to crack and split.😣
... If your skin is beginning to look like Picture 1, book an appt with a podiatrist and get those silky smooth heels 👍

Do you need new trainers ?🤔
For any runners, did you know that trainers have a limited life of use, approx 500-600 miles.🏃♂️🏃♀️
As your trainers wear out, they can increase your chances of injury.
... After approx 600 miles, the glue breaks down, outsoles begin to go bald and the cushionning gets compressed under our weight.
So if you've gathered up close to 600 miles in your current trainers, treat yourself to a brand, spanking new pair 😁
