Great city. The surrounding area especially the causeway coast was stunning and great to explore.

The car was the latest model with sat nav and parking sensors. Glad I didn’t pay extra for the sat nav.

I paid for a Ford Focus or equivalent, and was given a Hyundai Tucsan, which was much better than I expected. The American guy that served me was very friendly and talkative. Just a pleasant experience

Fuel was at an odd level, so I refuelled before returning. Difficult to find a petrol station in Belfast one way system! If it had been a full tank I would not have bothered and paid the extra.

Excellent and quick customer service. My wife and I came to visit Ireland from the U.S. The employees were very informative in regards to the places to visit and other things to concern ourselves with driving here safely.

Have been with Enterprise since 2015 until last week. The reason for this was because they only accept credit cards which goes against their policy: "If a debit card is being used to pay for rental the following will also apply: renter will need to provide proof of employment or income that is dated within 90 days of the day of rental, the name and address provided must match that shown on the driving license present". Despite being able to provide the necessary documents I was still rejected.

According to Belfast International and the customer service helpline, debit cards ARE accepted. I also clarified with one of the advisers from Belfast International that cross country travel costs £25 (Northern Ireland to Ireland) yet 157 Cromac St charge £75 which I have previously paid without any complaint. So for those wishing to travel to the South, best option would be to go to Belfast International.

Throughout the phone call, the adviser kept referring to a "new system" involving credit cards only. When asked why I was not contacted about this, I was not given a reply other than "its a new system".

Cant speak for other branches but I would not recommend going to this branch.
