Wonderful experience and best customer service I have ever experienced with a rental company. We spontanteously rented a nice car to Drive to the Giant's Causeway and Patrick gave us a good car for the day. We ran into trouble and came late back to Dublin and then Patrick met us and drove us to the bus station to make sure we made it back to Dublin! Thank you for fantastic service

Horrible staff. They had me take my baby seat to the shop along with my toddler in the rain, I had all the papers, my passport, the cash, forms of I'd and letters.only when I walked through the door and the fat girl on the counter looked at me then she decided I had to be working to have a car they didn't make this clear at any point of booking the car.Hateful people stay away

Tried to offer me additional insurance. I refused, they added it regardless. I challanged the person on it and he said he maid a mistake. They then charged me for two days when I had it for less than 24 hours and said they got mixed up with someone who had the same first name. Gangsters
