Annual service on this warm air heater today for a customer.
Late night call out to a customer with a 120yr old house who accidentally put a screw through a mains pipe when putting floorboards back down.
Annual service, replacement pump and done upgrades for this customer including new fire valve and boiler jacket to help increase efficiency.
Great start to the morning. Phoenix attended this property to carry out essential maintenance on the gas meter and found a leak on the downstream pipework. Gas supply was interrupted and left isolated.
We were tasked with the job of identifying and repairing the leak. Thankfully it was only on the gas connection to the hob and repaired easily.

Neil came out to me a few weeks ago when my gas combi boiler was given heat & no hot water. After a puzzled look, a new part & a few days It was back up running. Easy to pay & top class service. I will be recommending to friends.
I needed several jobs done in the house and was referred to Neil by a friend . Neil is a gentleman, he came the very next day and did a great job....I would definately recommend him and I will be keeping his number in my phone for the future .

Got a new combined boiler installed and I don't know where to start the job overall and service provided was above and beyond. Everything was done in a very timely manner and responded to quickly, great prices for the high standard of work and customer service. It was a pleasant surprise to find no mess was left behind as I've seen a fair few messy workmen in my time leaving me with loads of cleaning to do. Couldn't recommend any higher anything I need I know who to go to :D

Could not recommend Neil highly enough. Our eco toilet wasn't refilling properly and with only having one toilet was a bit of nightmare. Contacted Neil and he was out within the hour. Absolutely fantastic, professional service and someone that you can actually talk to and have a laugh with. Explained exactly what was wrong and definitely will be the first person to call if anything else was to go wrong. He is the best!!

After my water leaked through my bedroom ceiling tank Neil was out to me in a matter of days with the cheapest price by miles, first class worksmanship and was very pleasant when dealing with my mum as i was in work. will definitely be recommending to all my friends family and have already organised for some futute work to be completed by neil. Cant say thanks enough mate! 5�isnt enough!
A very knowledgeable man who knows what he is doing. Didn't even know my 4year old Rochester gas boiler was not not registered by the company that fitted it to have guaranteed warranty for 5yrs. Neil sorted that for me got it registered. lm left with 6months in this warranty and so got fan replaced l was lucky . I would highly and definitely recommend him to anyone.
