I am a qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with a BA(Hons) and Post Graduate Diploma in counselling. I have been practicing for 5 years and am fully CRB cleared.

That’s the stuffy bit over with. What you want to know is that I operate to very strict confidentiality rules and you can be assured that anything said during a session stays between us (subject to a few exceptions which I’ll explain before we start). I follow the integrative counselling model (I combine a number of techniques as appropriate to the client) but am also fully CBT trained. This means I can help with any problem you may be experiencing including bereavement, abuse (sexual or psychological), relationships (family and couples), bullying, school /academic stress, gender orientation, discrimination and health problems. I do a lot of work with children and young people.
