Have to say we went to see santa today at Erneside shopping centre with the two kids.

All the staff were exceptionally brilliant all the helpers, elves, and especially santa. Who was extremely friendly and kind to the children. He took a lot of time to be extra friendly and really listened to the children. And what a voice for santa.

And to the helpers who were really patient taking the pictures (3times lol)

This is all what Christmas is all about spreading the Christmas joy while I'm sure they all had better things to be at lol.

Thanks again erneside beautiful memories made.

Big shout out to the young man in the City Mobile Station kiosk today, who helped an old lady- me- who knows very little about phone technology, choose and fit a UK sim in my Aussie phone. He went above and beyond for me and deserves your custom and support

Shopping centre is fine but the carpark pay machines could be updated to include a pay by card facility for those who wouldnt have a supply of sterling coins! As a "southern" shopper i use my card for purchases.. but cannot get cashback with a southern bank card.. minimum withdrawal on atm was £20 which pay machine wouldnt accept either.. its a disaster!
