After an exhausting but exhilarating weekend of helping to entertain members of the RHS bulb committee and participating in the Belfast spring show/RHS late show at malone house where we competed against some amazing flowers we are spending today packing and posting your catalogues!!

Photos from the garden today, the sun is shining and it's keeping me away from the finishing touches to the website. But the catalogue has gone to the printers this morning, so I'm rewarding myself with a wander around the flowers.

We have trawled through all the wonderful suggestions and comments for names- we didn't want to miss any out. We have one selected but we'll let you know as soon as the RHS have confirmed that we can use it! (It's very strict.)

Top of the mornin'to you and Happy St Patrick's day to all we know; those who enjoy a wee celebratory drink today; and any who think they might be Irish because they like Guinness! Lol Don't forget that today is the last day to enter our 'name the daff' competition! Make sure you complete all the steps to have your suggestion count!

Daddy and Lynnea surveying and discussing the damage caused by the wind and hail stones we've had over the last week. Nature or nurture debate- look at the hand holding and foot resting on the other one- identical!!!

Successful day at the NIDG winter show. Very pleased with our BD3260. Best division two and best standard daffodil in show. Great way to start the season.

All you have to do is - suggest a name, like our page, share this post and tag a friend that would enjoy sharing your prize. (Remember to do all steps to be included) The winner will receive the official RHS certificate naming 'their' flower, a bulb of the new variety -in the autumn; and a selection of exhibition bulbs to share with your tagged friend. Winner announced on 17th March, so get naming and 'Go n-éirí leat'
