We simply love their Caramel Machiato. The best in the town. Nice view, great and peaceful, clean and tidy, stuff helpful.

Upon one of my journeys with my husband , we stumbled across a very cosy looking cafe !

We were greeted by a very lovely young gentleman with a warm smile , he welcomed us with some fresh ground coffee and a lovely conversation about Windsor as we were here on a visit .

I am usually the kind to be very skeptical of my coffee as, I drink it daily and have it made a certain way, but Mr Naziq listened to my instructions and made it to perfection , so I for one will be visiting this cafe more often! thank you for your hospitality and your wonderful beverages , I am sure to pass the word around about your splendid cafe and will be coming again !

5 stars from me !!

Heaven for this American traveler, they have ICE TEA, with loads of ice. The 3 pastries we shared were so very yummy. The Caramel Heaven Tray Bar was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.

User

ordered an iced mocha was given an iced coffee when i told the manager he said they dont do it like Starbucks asked me to add the chocolate powder and mix it by myself. Poor service NOT recommend it at all!

Whilst here today a lady complained about the toilets, they were dirty, no soap, no tissues, the floor was wet. The woman behind the counter that I am assuming was the manageress said to me, what can I do about it, I said clean them, she said it was not her responsibility to keep the toilets clean, and if customers want a clean toilet they should come early. She was by far the rudest person I have met in the coffee shops in Windsor.

I also bought a lime granite £2.80 for a tasteless glass of green water with a bit of crushed ice floating on top.

There are loads of coffee shops and cafes in Windsor, I would recommend using one of those instead

Today my friend and I were asked to leave 30 mins after we arrived as we were taking up too much space with our buggies...we had purchased coffee and cakes (well over priced!)....I couldn't believe it. Avoid!

Real sad to say i felt very upset after my visit there yesterday.

I was with a friend and our children and my friend had a tea and as I always do i ordered a hot water with lemon as I don't like tea and coffee. The man working behind the counter (Pronounced Nasi) not sure of spelling) told me they've never done hot water and lemon (very rudely) and I couldn't have it. I said just hot water was fine if they didn't have lemon and he went on to say " we are not a charity we're trying to run a business" I was completely taken back and embarrassed in front of my friend and others in the queue. I said I always order it (from there too) and was willing to pay the price of a hot drink. 'Nasi' then said no again. I had to sit in the coffee shop with no drink whilst my friend drank her tea which the tea bag had split and the bits were floating in it. (Ginger tea)

Wouldn't recommend at all.
