Every Home Crusade / Revival Movement Association

Today Samuel Adams celebrated 40 years' service with Revival Movement Association and Every Home Crusade. Directors, staff, volunteers, family and friends met at the factory for a celebratory lunch when Samuel was presented with a painting by his favourite artist, Thomas Kincaid.

Spanish literature arriving in Bolivia much to the delight of Pastor Jose Luis!

After training during the weekend Emmanuel Ngoy Kakudji from Lubumbashi in DR Congo distributed over 12,000 BES study booklets for young people.

Today the staff sang happy birthday to Miss Dennison who is now 101 years old. She has been a very good friend to the ministry for many years.

Lovely to have Miss Dennison and Elsa Witherspoon with us in the factory to celebrate her birthday - 101 years of age! Miss Dennison was a close friend of Mr and Mrs Allen and has supported the ministry for decades.

Today we also celebrated the fact that Robin McCulla has worked in Every Home Crusade for the past 30 years. Clive Allen presented Robin with a Bible and Robin shared how the Lord had given him a very clear call to work in EHC.

Today we acknowledged one of our volunteers Jackie Walker who has been working with us for the past 18 years. Jackie has been working two days a week on the machine that spiral binds the CEF flashcards. We want to thank him for giving to the work thousands of hours of hard and faithful work. Samuel presented Jackie with a Bible. We could use more volunteers who have taken early retirement.

Today we marked 30 years of faithful service in the ministry by Robin McCulla. Robin is one of the printers operating the web leader press and has been a very steady and dedicated worker. We want to thank him for all his work during the past 30 years. Clive presented him with a Bible.

Samuel is attending an Every Home for Christ conference in Cape Town S. Africa. Over 40 countries from Africa are being represented.

Samuel Adams has been attending the Asian leaders conference of Every Home for Christ in Taiwan. During the last two nights he has been wakened by earthquakes, Even though the hotel was shaking no damage was done. He will be traveling home tonight. Great visit this morning from our Colombian friends, Wilmar Gomez, Gabriel and Johan. We shipped our first container of Spanish literature to El Abrigo back in 2002 and have been working in partnership with them ever since.

The new printing press during the first test run. More work to be done before we will be running smoothly. 3 rolls of paper being printed in full colour at the same time.

Samuel and Gary attended the official Opening and Dedication of the depot in Lagos, Nigeria. We are partnering with ACTS. They have a bookshop and we distribute our literature all across the country from this centre. We were sorry that Sid Garland could not attend as we have worked very closely with him concerning this project. Rev. Luka Vandi the general director came from Jos with the chairman and other members of staff.

On Saturday evening Samuel Adams was invited to speak about RMA and the impact of Gospel Literature at the missionary meeting in the conference in Nigeria. Hundreds responded to the invitation to dedicate their lives for missionary service.

It is estimated that between 42,000 and 45000 attended the Gbile Akani conference in Nigeria.

Have used their Gospel's of John in Alur and Juba Arabic. Hoping to get more in Dinka and Nuer for our work among South Sudanese refugees in Uganda.

I can't speak highly enough of this ministry. Thank you, Bro. Adams for all your help.

SO NEAR, YET SO FAR

A man went to the local department store and spent vigorously on large electrical items that were greatly reduced. Heading for the checkout, he was joined by his neighbour and they joined the same line and chatted away til it was his turn to checkout. The man pulls out his wallet and pulled out a wad of notes and then resumed chatting with his neighbour. Moments later, he heard a voice saying, “Sir, sir, could I have a word with you?” He turned and saw the manager and two security guards standing behind him and a very concerned look on their faces.

“Sir, I would like to point something out to you on these bills that make them a non- legal tender to purchase anything. Do you see the small inscription here by the water mark, well there is suppose to be a letter and three digit number that is to follow it.” “My friend paid me with this cash for work carried out for him by my firm, surely you’re mistaken?” “Sir, the police have been informed and are on their way here, because there are many more of these notes cropping up in the area. So, if you’ll step this way with us and wait til the police arrive to further the investigation.” Stunned, embarrassed, as his neighbour and onlookers observed the proceedings, he walked away not knowing his fate.

The sharing of the Gospel is no different only the consequences are everlasting if the wrong message is given and trusted in for salvation. Question, is the Gospel being preached in your meetings and contained in the literature that your assembly hands out to people? Did the preacher preach the Gospel tonight at your Gospel meeting or, were you even listening to see that he did? Passing counterfeit notes is a serious matter and carries a stiff penalty and devastation to family and friends. How much more for the wrong message that is labelled as the Gospel; the penalty is beyond remedy even if one were given the wrong message.

The preaching of a “RESURRECTIONLESS” message is slow in going away and no doubt many of you will sit in front of a man who will not mention and explain the importance of the resurrection for the salvation of a soul from the penalty and power of sin. This is serious carnage and not on a small scale, yet, tainted beef gets more coverage and correction than the wrong message that is being called the Gospel. Especially when Christ quoted Deuteronomy 8:3 “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by EVERY word which proceedeth from the mouth of God, thus shall a man live.”

What are you doing to stop the carnage that is being unleashed upon the lost and perverting the saints? Are you not convinced that there that you, personally, will have to give an account for when you stand before Christ; if you are saved yourself, for you, too, may have believed the wrong message. It is still our responsibility to be Bereans and search the Scripture to see if what has been preached is true. Christ is coming, let’s get busy and see this thing turned around; as souls are at stake.
