Excel coaches James, Gina, Amy and Sinéad recently attended the Men's and Women's Artistic Performance Symposium 2019 held in Lilleshall National Sports Centre in Telford UK. James and Amy are Excels men's artistic squad coaches and also 2 of Northern Irelands new Mens Performance Pathway Coaches!! Sinéad and Gina are 2 of Excels womens artistic squad coaches and 2 of Northern Irelands Performance Pathway coaches with Gina being the head coach of the womens Northern Ireland squad. It was a 2 day event with practical sessions, lectures and guest speakers and saw coaches from all over the UK and further afield come together for a very informative weekend and also some networking!! 😊 #teamexcel
