Faith Jewellers Description
What started off as a small locally owned business opening our first store in October 2010 with only four members of staff, has grown into a thriving business with our second store opening in May 2012. Located in Rushmere Shopping Centre, one of the busiest shopping centres in Northern Ireland, we now employ 27 members of staff and maintain a popular and active social media presence.
At Faith we believe our friendly staff creates a family environment which has been a contributing factor to our continued success. We endeavour to give every customer exceptional service from the moment they enter our store and for years to come due to our belief in the importance of long lasting customer care.

Can't wait to get in again after Christmas to spoil myself �

Ok so the guess bracelet that brett bought me two Xmas ago got broken.. I went to one well known jewellery shop and asked if they could help me.. I was asked for my receipt which I didn't have and they told me it would cost just as much to fix it as it would for a new one.. not very helpful at all and basically didn't really want to know.. I was going to give up but thought I would ask the same question in faith in portadown and I got a totally different experience.. The girls where very helpful, friendly and approachable.. They said they would send it away to guess and see what they could do...
Couple of weeks later and I got a phone call today to come and collect it.. when I arrived I saw my gorgeous shinning bracelet.. They said they couldn't fix it so they replaced it for me.. I said "holy moly how much is this going to cost? And they replied NOTHING.... I nearly fell down.. Could not believe it.. guess is amazing and so are the girls in faith jewellers.. I will be buying all my jewellery in there from now on as this is the 2nd time they helped me out (broke my guess watch also) when they didn't have too. Thank you girls.

Had a MK bracelet bought for me last Christmas as a present and the charm fell off. When I went to Portadown store they told me it couldn't be fixed so when in Rushmere I was going to buy a new one when Rodney informed me it was still in warranty and could be sent away to be fixed or replaced. Received my new bracelet today! Thanks Rodney!!
Bought a Cluse watch today from your Craigavon store. The girl Rebecca who served me couldn't have been nicer and was really helpful. She had the patients of a saint when I couldn't make up my mind which watch I wanted! Great service!

Purchased one of the Michael Kors smart watches (£329) when I got home and opened it I noticed it was scratched down the side so I contacted faith on Facebook and arranged a day to bring it back for inspection which I did to be told I would then have to come back another day (I don’t live local) and a manager would ring me the next day, didn’t receive any phone call so I rang them myself to be accused of wearing the watch and doing the scratches myself and that the watch would have to go back to Michael Kors for inspection before I could receive any money back or exchange (even know on the website of customer is not 100% happy they could receive a full refund within 28 days) I hadn’t even had the watch a week so when I returned to the store again and showed the manager she could clearly see they watch hadn’t been wore as I don’t even know how to turn it on I finally got a refund and then I found out the actual Michael Kors store in Victoria Square sell it £100 cheaper so i know where I’m going!
My husband bought me a pair of very expensive pearl earrings when my daughter was born 13 years ago, the pearl came off and I sent them to Faith to get fixed. Not only did they return the earring with the gold back missing but they used a really ugly black glue to fix them!!! I had to take a new gold back which doesn’t match the other one and the black is really noticeable when I wear them. Really disappointed as these earrings are very special to me. Will not use this service again.

My Michael Kors Watch strap broke and It wasn't covered on warranty but faith took it in they're own hands and didn't charge me for the new strap, thanks guys, appreciate your kind customer care, well chuffed and and a great place to shop �
Lovely shop and girls in Portadown are so helpful, a bracelet I bought a few years ago had broken, girls sent it away to get fixed and when I went to collect it it had been replaced free of charge! Love this shop and would definitely recommend to all my friends x

I got my ring re-dipped and I have to say the staff was amazing. They rushed it through for me and got it ASAP. Lauren was extremely helpful and another lady (Can’t remember her name sorry!) I’ve shopped in Faith for a long time and I will continue too. Thank you again!

Had a MK bracelet bought for me last Christmas as a present and the charm fell off. When I went to Portadown store they told me it couldn't be fixed so when in Rushmere I was going to buy a new one when Rodney informed me it was still in warranty and could be sent away to be fixed or replaced. Received my new bracelet today! Thanks Rodney!!
Bought a Cluse watch today from your Craigavon store. The girl Rebecca who served me couldn't have been nicer and was really helpful. She had the patients of a saint when I couldn't make up my mind which watch I wanted! Great service!

Purchased one of the Michael Kors smart watches (£329) when I got home and opened it I noticed it was scratched down the side so I contacted faith on Facebook and arranged a day to bring it back for inspection which I did to be told I would then have to come back another day (I don’t live local) and a manager would ring me the next day, didn’t receive any phone call so I rang them myself to be accused of wearing the watch and doing the scratches myself and that the watch would have to go back to Michael Kors for inspection before I could receive any money back or exchange (even know on the website of customer is not 100% happy they could receive a full refund within 28 days) I hadn’t even had the watch a week so when I returned to the store again and showed the manager she could clearly see they watch hadn’t been wore as I don’t even know how to turn it on I finally got a refund and then I found out the actual Michael Kors store in Victoria Square sell it £100 cheaper so i know where I’m going!
My husband bought me a pair of very expensive pearl earrings when my daughter was born 13 years ago, the pearl came off and I sent them to Faith to get fixed. Not only did they return the earring with the gold back missing but they used a really ugly black glue to fix them!!! I had to take a new gold back which doesn’t match the other one and the black is really noticeable when I wear them. Really disappointed as these earrings are very special to me. Will not use this service again.

I was asked for my receipt which I didn't have and they told me it would cost just as much to fix it as it would for a new one.. not very helpful at all and basically didn't really want to know.. They said they would send it away to guess and see what they could do...
