Big super well done to some of our little warriors...who graded to orange and green belt In class yesterday....these young kids have come on so well since starting the Sunday little warriors session. They turn up every single week and put in so much effort and energy to learn. Focus , listen and concentrate...aged only 4-6... absolutely outstanding..well done fellas...

Great wee freestyle jujitsu session at the club last night.. Where our Juniors got some sparring and grappling in to their training.. Great work from everyone guys.. Fantastic...

Just a message to say thank you for all the comments.. Absolutely blown away that people would take the time and go out of their way..and make comment totally and Honestly so greatful and thankful. We all have goals in life... Weather its a comp... Next grade.. Job.. Relationships.. Travel... Life will always throw obstacles in your way regardless of the set goal.. The fight is with yourself to overcome.. To defeat those obstacles to achieve your goals no matter how Small or overwhelming the goal is.. For me.. It was and is to be able to "do" and not just teach... To show that I will never expect my students to do what I would not do myself.. In regards to achievement and progression.. In the arts... In life..

Big thank you to my coach Steven Hallam from SH kickboxing UK for coming over and putting me through my paces for my 2nd Dan in Kick Jitsu Big thanks to all the guys and girls from the club for helping me over the past number of weeks.. To big Paul Dorothy for being my uke for the day and the lads for rolling with me... That's me def busted and done for a while.. In todays life where people rush.. Work.. Live.. In the midst of chaos to get from the start to the end of a day... Have we lost apathy.. Empathy for each other.. Does anyone ever actually take the time during their day to ask how each other is.. To check up on each other... A how are you? How are you feeling? What would your honest reaction be if someone took the time to actually genuinely ask..? How you are..! Or are u OK.. Take the time today.... To check up on each other.. Just a few words may unknowingly make the difference to another's day..week....we never know what is going on in each others worlds..
