Clipped this extract from an NFU mutual risk management document. It begs the question, what if you are not keeping up your ‘legal responsibilities’?
Would you ACTUALLY be insured should an electrical fire 🔥 cause damage to persons, livestock or premises?
... Or would you be referred to said risk management documents as detailed in clause ???.
Just a note: if you are a manager or are tasked with the responsibilities of management then you may become the ‘duty holder’ and these are your legal obligations.
