Would recommend Maria's fit camp to anyone! Not only is she an amazing instructor but also an amazing person. Always sure to have a laugh with her. Had 2 unfortunate set backs during my fit camp and she was beyond compassionate and accommodated me so I could continue with class. Cannot wait for the next camp, more amazing things to come from her! ’┐Į’┐Į

Went to spin this morning and absolutely loved it. Music was great and Maria keep me going. Can't wait to try other classes now. Its great that mummy classes are on everyday and only ┬Ż3 a class. Fab x

Started going to Female Fitness Studios classes last october and i have to say from the moment i walked through the door i was made feel soo welcome. Maria is honestly the most genuine, loveliest, bubbly and friendly girl youl meet. Her workouts are unreal and she puts soo much hardwork into each and ever one, and your guaranteed a good laugh too. Just finished my first ever fit camp and can honestly say it's been Amazing!! It's been tough but soo worth it. Maria has been soo supportive and motivating. Female Fitness Studios is like a second family, all the girls are so lovely. Highly Recommend ’┐Į

Never been to a workout class that brought as much fun or high energy into a workout. Studio looks fantastic. Bringing exciting exercises to lurgan. The boogie bounce ’┐Į Congrats on your success it's great to see your beaming.

Aquabox was brilliant, love the concept, even if it did near kill me! I guess that's what a lack of high intensity workouts for three weeks and a lack of a good breakfast can do haha. I can see why your classes are so popular! And what a lovely group of girls in the class too. Will hopefully be back soon :)

Have just one session left of Maria's Fitcamp and can honestly say I'm gutted it's coming to a end though buzzing that she is running a 2nd one in June. Maria has been awesome throughout the past 8 weeks and all the rest of the girls in the group make you feel so welcome. Her sessions are filled with a variety of exercises and give you a full workout, each session has been great fun & full of laughs though she is a task master & your pushed to your limits. I'm feeling fitter and stronger for it. Her support throughout the camp has been amazing, always encouraging & challenging you. Such a great girl even though sometimes I want to punch her lol (jokes would only hurt her with my new muscles) ’┐Į I would highly recommend you to try out her next fitcamp. Thanks for being awesome Maria ’┐Į’┐Į xx
