Every time I've seen one of their creations, they've been so set apart from the run of the mill style you see so often, you can tell they're made thoughtfully and with fresh, vibrant flowers. Stop by and you'll see. And if you don't know a thing about what you want, just ask! There's always friendly customer service! You won't be disappointed.

Fergusons provided my wedding flowers in August..fantastic consultations with lisa.. Every one still talking about my bouquets pew ends and fresh flower head wear for me, bridesmaid and flower girl, not to mention the the grannys and brothers button holes complemented beautifully, excellent service all round and lovely phonecall morning of wedding after delivery to check I was happy! ! How could I not be; flowers were the complete wow factor of my day ... pictures to follow xx

I put a post up yesterday detailing my experience with dealing with this business; while there were issues I have to commend Kirsty in how honestly she dealt with my issues. She came across as empathetic and caring; and my mum got her flowers and chocs which she loves!



A true business is not judged on how they manage when things go right but rather how they manage when things go wrong; in all my dealings with this lady she was lovely and a true credit to the business!

can you please tell me if your mothers day comp is open to residents of the UK as well. I see that Ferguson flowers delivers via the interflora network worldwide and delivery charges are only £4.95 according to your website. can you please clarify this as a lady won your competition and has been told she is not eligible for the prize because she is outside of ireland. i think this should be stipulated in the terms, kind regards, thank you for your attention, lorraine x

Will never use again, never delivered the flowers that were ordered 5 days in advance, and not even the courtesy of a phone call or email to let me know.

If your ordering flowers from over seas from here dont do it. rip off .dont get your order on time .even though you pay for next day delivery,an the price for what you do receive is disgusting. Shameful.I have told my family abroad never to order from here again.

I ordered my mum a bunch of Mother's Day flowers, which cost me £50. When the flowers were delivered the roses were wilting around the edges and the petals were falling off other flowers in the bunch. We contacted Ferguson flowers and because we were unable to provide a clearer photograph for them they were most unhelpful and unconcerned. I have used the company many times and I am so disappointed by the lack of quality of the flowers for the price I have paid for them. Mum has recommended a more local florist for me to use in future because I feel totally ripped off and I won't be using them again!

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday. She lives in Canada so ordered through yourselves over the phone. Payment was accepted and I was told it was all fine and they would be delivered. They didn't arrive on the requested date so I rang the following day to be told that I had to wait for info back from the Canadian florist. 2 days after they should've been delivered I called back and get told they weren't delivered as the Canadian florist wanted more money for delivery! The email confirmation clearly states flat rate delivery, which I paid and 45 quid for 12 roses isn't exactly cheap so 50 in total you'd think would be enough! It's not like they were being delivered from the uk!! Anyway, my sister has no birthday flowers and I had to spend 2 days following it up. Won't use the service again, the email confirmation template needs changing for international deliveries and and I don't expect to have to follow up on your mistakes. First and last time customer.

I ordered flowers for my niece's 50th Birthday. I wanted something special so I ordered an extra large bouquet of a mixture of white flowers, They cost me £88. The flowers she received were neither white nor extra large. They were an average size of a mix of colours. I was very disappointed. I got in touch with Ferguson's and Lynsey said she would investigate for me but I haven't heard anything since. This was a month ago. I wish I had read some of the feedback before I ordered the flowers.

I ordered a bunch of valentine flowers with chocolates, came to £40, instead of a valentines gift my girlfriend received a watering can!! rang and told them their mistake to which the girl seemed to find quite amusing but was then promised an upgraded bunch the next day...if what my girlfriend received was an "upgraded bunch", then iv just been fucking robbed and Let down twice!

Got my dozen white roses for valentines day and withing 3 days. Leaves falling off and turning brown. For 3.50 a flower, not impressed.
